Typeform is a polished product, and its conversational, one-question-at-a-time forms look great. The friction usually starts with the bill. Typeform's paid plans are built around seats and monthly response buckets: Basic includes 1 user and 100 responses per month, Plus 3 users and 1,000 responses, Business 5 users and 10,000 responses. At the time of writing, monthly billing costs $39, $79 and $129 per month. The free plan is meant for trying things out and, according to Typeform's help center, includes 10 responses per month.
For an agency that is a tricky combination. Every new teammate can push you into the next tier, and so can a client campaign that suddenly does well. The question becomes "which plan do we need this month?" instead of "which form do we need?".
Typeform, like most form builders, including Reform, is a subscription. Deftform gives you a choice:

Each Deftform account comes with 3 workspaces. A workspace has its own forms, team members, custom domain and settings, so you can keep clients cleanly separated and give each one forms on its own domain, for example forms.client-one.com and apply.client-two.com. More workspaces are a one-time €6 each.
Custom form styles let you set the logo, colors, background image, field and button styles once and reuse them across forms. Removing the "Powered by Deftform" backlink is a one-time €10 for the whole account, and it's included in Complete. Responses can be exported as CSV or PDF, sent to your tools by webhook, or pulled through our API.
We'd rather you pick the right tool than the wrong one. Typeform is ahead if your forms rely on scoring, calculations, custom variables or outcome quizzes, if you need forms in several languages, video questions or AI analysis of results, or if you depend on native integrations like Salesforce, Pipedrive or Calendly. Deftform covers the essentials, including conditional logic, multi-page forms, hidden fields, e-signatures, file uploads and Stripe payments, and deliberately stops there.
